Would I use them again? Maybe if Enterprise is comparable or worse.
Pros- they gave me a discount through the shop I was using to get my car fixed. They also got me a Lyft from the shop to the Hertz. They let me drop off the rental at the shop when I picked up my car as long as I gave them a call when I did so. They were also in a very convenient location in Morristown.
Cons- No one can speak clearly on the phone. I spoke to multiple people and they talk too fast and mumble. The person I worked with in person suggested the Nissan Versa over the Ford Fusion, and I regret it to this day. I've never felt so unsafe in a rental (nothing mechanically wrong, it's just a very flimsy car).
Great customer service. Best to call if you are not sure where to park. If not, the signs in the parking garage are helpful and guide you to down to level 3

DIRTY CARS, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND SCAMERS. The workers here are extremely rude and the cars are infested with bed bugs. I had to go to an urgent care after driving the disgusting car for a day with over 200 bug bites. The company charged me a smoking fee without my knowledge. I have never smoked before. They also refused to remove the charge. Terrible service.
