Wonderful Staff and Service. I went to AMC to see a movie and I went up and ordered handicapped tickets (I had my ID with me) I was accidentally given a front row seat. After going back up to the ticket booth I was fully refunded and given free handicapped tickets. I wrote this review to show my apprication for the staff. Especially the Manager. I would reccomend this theater to anyone.
Park in the Hyatt parking garage and bring your parking ticket into the theater with you and they will validate so you don't have to pay the parking garage. Concession stand was a bit of a mess and no ushers to assist with assigned seating. The seats are comfortable and recline though.
They have great seating, very confortable recliners. They dont have there own parking. You need to park in the Hyatt parking lot, bring your parking ticket into theater and they will validate so you don't have to pay for parking. Very pleasant staffs and great service.
The seats in the theater are great. Super comfortable, and everything seemed very clean. I also love the DIY but dispenser for your popcorn. The only negative is that the directions to and from the parking structure isn't labeled well so it was an adventure making our way to the car after our movie was over. Overall it was a good experience.
