Cute and well put together place, thought my dog would enjoy it, and the staff was polite. I took him for the free 3 hour day care consultation a week and a half before my family was going on vacation at the end of August. He was updated on all his shots, and is always in good spirits. He was fine when we left the inn, but shortly a few days later, he began to have this cough and was spitting up flem, and would wheeze. We took him to the vet, and she said he must’ve became ill from staying at the boarding facility. Had to call and cancel my boarding reservation, and have him on antibiotics the whole week we were gone on vacation. Luckily, a few family friends helped us out. Will never take my dog here again after this experience.
My wife and I picked up our cats Wilbur and Winnie yesterday after being away for Thanksgiving week. Just can't say enough positive things about the Morris Animal Inn. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. We called to check in 4 times over our cats' eight day stay and each time we were promptly called back with a full and thorough update. Amazing place and highly recommended.
I just picked up my cats from them this morning. I can't enough good things about the staff and facilities at Morris Animal Inn. Very dedicated people working there. A testament to a family-owned operation that has been servicing the pet community for so long. Always friendly, and very accommodating.
Morris Animal Inn is pricey but totally worth it. The staff treat your dogs like they are their own. When we pick up our pups up they are clean, happy, and relaxed. The staff interacts with and talks and to our dogs in such a way that you feel that they really care about and enjoy being with them and taking care of them. Wish I never had to leave them, but when I do, I cannot imagine leaving them anywhere else. Morris Animal Inn is Disney World for dogs!
I was very impressed with the Morris Animal Inn. The pets are treated like royalty and the staff are highly trained and provide exceptional care to their guests. I highly recommend this establishment.
