I JUST LEASED A JEEP GRAN CHEROKEE LIMITED FROM BEYER AND THE PRICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL WERE EXCELLENT. THERE WERE NO BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS SO NOTHING CHANGED FROM MY ORIGINAL PHONE CONVERSATION WITH THEM. EVERYONE WAS QUITE FRIENDLY AND LOW KEY. IF EVERY DEALER OPERATED LIKE BEYER THERE WOULD BE VERY FEW PROBLEMS WITH DEALERS. SINCERELY STEVE KAITERIS

I have leased three vehicles from this dealership over the years and what I just encounter from them today has lowered my expectations. In a time of need the service and sales department have failed me. Posted on the wall behind Rons desk "Beyer Does It Better" not true in this case. This experience has definitely changed my views on leasing another vehicle from them.
My car was towed to Beyer when the tired came off, this was a Thursday and now it's the following Friday and it still isn't ready. I only received one call from them and I had to call them to check in on the progress. I was told Friday it would be done Monday, I was told Tuesday it would be done Wednesday, I was told Wednesday it would be done Thursday and I was told Thursday it would be done Friday. Each time I called before they closed at 5pm to get an update after not hearing from them all day. I'm lucky I did not need a rental car because I wouldn't know how long I would have needed it. It's not about the length of time they have needed it, it's about the very poor communication. I think this is just poor customer service and I should have received a courtesy call at least through out this process keeping me up to date. I should not have to call everyday to see what is happening. Now hopefully it will be done today but not till the end of the day when yesterday they said early afternoon.

I have been working with Mike in service and he is fantastic! My car had a couple issues and he has always addressed them quickly. I usually go to Chrysler down where I live in Bridgewater, but I will become a regular here from now on. Thank you, Mike!
