Came in wildly unhappy with my ‘15 Base Countryman I had purchased at Prestige Mini. I was insanely upside down on the car and had bad credit. Thomas vowed that nothing was impossible. Ended up figuring out a scenario with Thomas and Omar and they put me in a ‘17 Clubman S ALL4 loaner. Very happy with my new car - and happy to be cleansed of my negative equity in 4 years. Highly recommended dealer..We recently purchased a car from Mini of Morristown on Saturday Evening. Irma was very helpful from day one negotiating on the budgets and fixing an appointment. Further Kyle helped us knowing the car and it's features so well. He came along for the test drive and was very cooperative since my wife was not keeping well. Then Omar came and helped us regarding finance part and made it easy for us. The gentlemen who helped us with final documentation also explained each and everything so perfect. The entire process went extremely well. You won't find another dealership in the area with the same outstanding customer service that Mini of Morristown has!!Once Again A Big Thank you to all of you. Tom Dinkelspiel was the most honest, easy to talk to car dealers I have ever met. Not surprising, as he is a former cop and served in the military. He was open to hearing what I needed in my new mini, running the numbers on a few different models, and letting me test multiple vehicles. He also is the king of jokes!!
